Adventures Iggy & Mr. Kirk TV Show Support Purchases
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale for Adventures of Iggy & Mr. Kirk TV Show Support Purchases (the “Terms”) shall apply to any sale by Brave Books, LLC (“Seller” or the “Company”), made through the webpage: www.watchbrave.com (the “Support Page”) or directly by an authorized Seller representative (a “Direct Purchase”). Any purchase or sale made through the Support Page or directly from an authorized Seller representative (a “Qualified Purchase”) of an Item offered on the Support Page (and “Item”) shall be governed by these Terms. Any person making a Qualified Purchase is referred to herein as a “Purchaser.” Any oral understandings are expressly excluded. Seller shall not be deemed to have waived these Terms if it fails to object to provisions appearing on, incorporated by reference in, or attached to any communication by a Purchaser, and any such provisions are hereby expressly rejected. Purchaser’s consummation of a Qualified Purchase constitutes its acceptance of these Terms. No modification or addition to these Terms shall be effective unless agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Seller. Purchaser shall not be obligated to buy any Items from Seller, and Seller shall not be obligated to sell any Items to Purchaser. In the event Purchaser orders Items from Seller and Seller delivers Items to Purchaser, the Terms and Conditions of Sale contained in this document shall apply to all such sales and transactions. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Qualified Purchases may have prices that are disparate to the actual retail value of the Items included. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Qualified Purchases in no way include any rights whatsoever with respect to the Show or Brave Books, LLC. Instead, the Qualified Purchases include only the Items detailed in these Terms. Seller is not a non-profit organization and the Qualified Purchases shall in no way be characterized as charitable donations.
A. In General
1. Prices. Prices are as stated on the Adventures of Iggy and Mr. Kirk (the “Show”) Support Page. Items are not available for individual purchase via the Support Page. Instead, specific Items are offered as part of a “tier” as such term is used on the Support Page. By selecting “Join this tier” for any given tier on the Support Page, the customer is indicating an intent to purchase the Items depicted in a particular tier, plus all Items of all tiers of lesser values. Prices for tiers priced at $1,000 or less do not include sales, use, excise, or other taxes. Any such tax that Company is required by law to collect will be added to the invoice price for these tiers. Payment shall be made at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery Date. All Delivery Dates stated in these Terms and on the Support Page are estimates and all deliveries are subject to change without liability to the Company, unless stated otherwise. Unless expressly specified to the contrary, all delivery dates are based upon current availability of materials, present production schedules, and prompt receipt of all necessary information. Unless otherwise stated, Seller may extend any date upon which any performance is due and will not be liable for any damages, loss, fault, expense, or shipping charges arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance of this agreement caused by or imposed by (a) strikes, fires, disasters, pandemic disease, riots, acts of God; (b) acts of Purchaser; (c) shortages of labor, fuel power, materials, supplies, transportation, or manufacturing facilities; (d) government action; or (e) subcontractor delay.
3. No Warranty.
3.1 Seller sells Items to Purchaser “AS-IS,” except as otherwise stated in these Terms.
3.2 There is no implied Warranty of merchantability or of fitness for particular purpose and there are no Warranties of any nature except as set forth in Section A.3 herein.
4. Limitation of Liability. With respect to an Item that is a physical product, such as a book or a toy, Company’s Liability is expressly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the invoice price of the Item. With respect to an Item that is an experience, such as the opportunity to attend a celebration, Company’s Liability is expressly limited to the refund of the Item. In any case, Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind. In no event shall Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Agreement, including without limitation, breach of any obligation or warranty imposed on Seller hereunder or in connection herewith. Consequential damages for purposes hereof shall include, without limitation, loss of use, income, or profit, or losses sustained as the result of injury to any person, or loss sustained as the result of work stoppage. Purchaser shall indemnify Seller against all liability, cost, or expense which may be sustained by Seller on account of any such loss, damage, or injury.
5. Returns and Refunds. No Item or Items may be returned and refunded without the sole and express written consent of Company, except in the case of a material change made with respect to an Item. If, in Seller’s reasonable determination, an Item has materially changed, Seller shall offer a return and refund of such Item (and not the entire transaction) upon request by Purchaser. A material change shall include, but is not limited to, changes in the scheduled date of an experience, changes in the participants of an experience, and other material modifications that would cause a reasonable person to assign a different value to such Item.

B. Item-Specific Terms.
The following Items are offered for sale on the Support Page, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Though each Item has an independent price attributed to it, the Items are not offered for individual sale via the Support Page. The purchase of a particular Item in the list includes the purchase of all Items in the same “tier” and those items included in all available tiers of lower prices.
1. Digital Thank-You Card. The Purchaser will receive a digital Thank-You card following their purchase. Delivery is expected within three weeks of purchase and final content included in the card will be in Seller’s sole discretion.
2. Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Content. The Purchaser will receive access to excerpts of the Show selected by Seller. Such excerpts shall be identified and shared in the sole discretion of Seller and may include images of scripts, pictures of the set during construction, or other similar content. Seller will deliver instructions granting such access within two (2) weeks of purchase. The platform through which access may be delivered is subject to change in Seller’s sole discretion and such change shall not be considered a material change for purposes of Section A.5. Additional content will be shared at approximately three (3) week intervals Seller’s sole discretion.
3. Access to Episodes. The Purchaser will have access to the 2024 seasons of the Show and future seasons, if any. Access shall continue until the earlier of (1) December 31, 2029 or (2) the date on which Seller ceases to own all rights associated with the Show, including the right to distribute or publish the show on platforms that provide free access to the public. Access to the Show shall be through the Brave Books website. The platform through which access may be delivered is subject to change in Seller’s sole discretion and such change shall not be considered a material change for purposes of Section A.5. Delivery of such access shall begin on or before the Show launch.
4. BRAVE Books Saga One E-books and Audiobooks. This Item includes one set of ten (10) audiobooks and one set of ten (10) e-books of Saga One of the Freedom Island series. Seller will deliver instructions granting such access within two (2) weeks of purchase. The platform through which access may be delivered is subject to change in Seller’s sole discretion and such change shall not be considered a material change for purposes of Section A.5.
5. Iggy Plush Puppet. The Purchaser will receive one (1) plush puppet of Iggy the Iguana, modeled after the Iggy puppet used in filming. The manufactured size and the design of the puppet will be determined in Seller’s sole discretion. Delivery is anticipated in or before July 2024 and thereafter within three (3) weeks of purchase.
6. Saga One Collector’s Box. The Purchaser will receive one Saga One Collector’s Box as depicted on https://bravebooks.us/products/saga-one-collectors-edition-box-set. Delivery is anticipated in or before July 2024 and thereafter within three (3) weeks of purchase.
7. Early access to Seasons 1 and 2. The Purchaser will be granted access to Seasons 1 and 2 of Adventures of Iggy and Mr. Kirk prior to the release to the general public. The platform through which access maybe delivered will be determined and may change in Seller’s sole discretion.
8. Digital Saga One Biblical Worldview curriculum. The Purchaser will be granted access to Brave’s Saga 1 Biblical Worldview Curriculum as depicted on ______[insert website]_________. Seller will deliver instructions granting such access within two weeks of purchase. The platform through which access may be delivered is subject to change in Seller’s sole discretion and such change shall not be considered a material change for purposes of Section A.5.
9. Name listed on Supporters page. Prior to the Show launch, Seller will display Purchaser’s name on a webpage designed to recognize supporters of the Show. Purchaser may opt out of being listed on such page by emailing TVSupporter@brave.us. Display names that are different from Purchaser’s legal name will be approved in Seller’s sole discretion. Rejection of a requested display name shall not constitute a material change with respect to Section A.5 and shall not result in a refund.
10. Personalized Thank You Card from Kirk Cameron. The thank you card will be drafted based on the Purchaser information provided at checkout. Delivery is anticipated between May 2024 and September 2024, depending on date of purchase.
11. Saga Two Collector’s Box. The Purchaser will receive one (1) Saga Two Collector’s Box. The to-be-designed Saga Two Collector’s Box will have a similar form to the Saga One Collector’s Box depicted at https://bravebooks.us/products/saga-one-collectors-edition-box-set, except that the Saga Two Collector’s Box will incorporate the Saga Two books only. Delivery is anticipated in or before July 2024 and thereafter within three (3) weeks of purchase.
12. Personalized Cameo from Leigh-Allen Baker and Iggy. Following the purchase, Seller will contact Purchaser to request certain information for the purpose of producing the cameo. Purchaser may decline to provide any requested information. The personalization of the cameo will depend on the information provided. Delivery of the personalized cameo from Leigh-Allyn Baker is anticipated May 2024 and September 2024 depending on date of purchase.
13. Signed copy of Born to Be Brave by Kirk Cameron. Seller will deliver to Purchaser one copy of a to-be-published book co-authored and signed by Kirk Cameron and titled Born to Be Brave. Delivery is anticipated in Fall of 2024.
14. Name added to the credits. Seller will display Purchaser’s name in the credits of each of the episodes of Seasons 1 and 2 of the Show. Purchaser may opt out of being listed on such page or may change the name to be displayed by emailing TVSupporter@brave.us. Display names that are different from Purchaser’s legal name will be approved in Seller’s sole discretion. Rejection of a requested display name shall not constitute a material change with respect to Section A.5 and shall not result in a refund.
15. Virtual Q&A with the cast (Kirk Cameron, Leigh-Allyn Baker, and guest stars). This item provides the Purchaser to participate in a Q&A virtual meeting on a platform to be determined in Seller’s sole discretion. Purchaser will be able to submit questions in advance. Seller will select questions to be answered by Kirk Cameron and Leigh-Allyn Baker. Additional guest stars and other members of Seller’s team may participate. The date of the virtual meeting is to be determined. The estimated date is within three weeks of the Show launch. In the event Purchaser is unavailable for the announced meeting time, Purchaser may assign his or her seat to another guest upon the reasonable approval of Seller.
16. Two Tickets to Nashville Red Carpet Premiere. This item includes two tickets for admission to the red carpet premiere for the Show, scheduled for November 14th, 2024 at the James K. Polk Theater in Nashville, TN. The guests will watch the first episode, enjoy a highlight reel of the rest of the episodes, and hear speeches from Kirk Cameron, Brave Books CEO Trent Talbot, and others. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Kirk, Leigh-Allyn, Iggy and other guest stars. Tickets may not be assigned without the prior approval of Seller, and such approval shall be in Seller’s sole discretion. Seller makes no representations or warranties about the event other than as stated herein, and participants shall attend at their own risk.
17. Two Tickets to a Celebration Event after the Premiere. This item includes two tickets for admission to a celebration event to be held on November 14th, 2024 immediately following the Red Carpet Premiere at the home of a country music legend. The specific time and the location of this event will be disclosed in writing by Seller to interested parties upon request. Admission is restricted to persons over the age of 21. Tickets may not be assigned without the prior approval of Seller, and such approval shall be in Seller’s sole discretion. Seller makes no representations or warranties about the event other than as stated herein, and participants shall attend at their own risk.
18. Three-night stay at the Robertson Logtown Estate. This item includes a one-time use discount code for a 100% discount off the price of a stay at Logtown Estate located at 1463 Logtown Loop Road, Monroe, LA 71202. The code will only be valid for stays booked and concluded prior to December 31, 2025. Booking may be made through the Logtown Estate website: https://logtownestate.com/collections/bed-and-breakfast and the stay shall be governed by the Logtown Estate terms and conditions: https://logtownestate.com/pages/policy-page-for-overnight-stay-in-bed-and-breakfast. Refunds will not be given if booking occurs after August 1, 2025 or if more than thirty (30) open dates are available when refund is requested. Seller makes no representations or warranties about the Robertson Logtown Estate, and participants shall book their stay at their own risk and as stated in the Logtown Estate terms and conditions.
19. Custom Artwork or Illustration. Seller will commission for Purchaser a work of art created or printed on a canvas print incorporating individuals as requested by Purchaser in a scene with the members of Team BRAVE or in the Freedom Island world. Seller will request information from Purchaser including what persons or setting Purchaser reasonable requests depicted. Seller will also request images of the family members to be included in the artwork and any inspirational images Purchaser may offer. The personalization of the artwork will depend on the information provided. The images actually depicted in the artwork will be determined in Seller’s sole discretion.
20. Day on set and option for child or grandchild to appear in an episode. This item affords the Purchaser and up to three guests the opportunity to participate together in one of two possible days of filming: Saturday, May 18th, 2024 and Saturday, May 25th, 2024. The day will include: (1) a behind the scenes tour of the production studio; (2) the opportunity to view the Show being filmed; and (3) lunch with to-be-determined cast and crew members. Additionally, one member of the Purchaser’s party, if that member is a child between the ages of 5 and 13 years of age, may have the opportunity to appear in the Show. The child’s ability to participate in filming will be subject to consent of the child’s parents or legal guardians and any other legal requirements as may be applicable. Such appearance shall be for entertainment purposes only. Seller makes no guarantee that the scenes shot including the child participant will ultimately be included in the Show. No rights or payments whatsoever shall convey to or be due to the child or the child’s parents or legal guardians by virtue of the child’s participation in the Show. The script will be written by Brave and the Purchaser will not have any input for the script. Travel and lodging expenses are not provided.
21. Sit around the campfire with Kirk after the day of shooting. This item affords the Purchaser and up to three guests to, on the same day elected in Item 20 above, participate in a meet-and-greet with Kirk Cameron and other members of the Brave Crew. Dinner will be provided.
22. A Co-Producer Credit. Seller will display Purchaser’s name in the credits of Seasons 1 and 2 of the Show and will identify Purchaser as a “Co-Producer.” Purchaser may request that a name different from Purchaser’s legal name be displayed. A displayed name that is different from Purchaser’s legal name requires the prior approval of Seller in Seller’s sole discretion. Rejection of a requested display name shall not constitute a material change with respect to Section A.5 and shall not result in a refund. No rights whatsoever with respect to the Show or the Seller shall convey to Purchaser by virtue of being listed as a Co-Producer.
23. Associate Producer Credit. Seller will display Purchaser’s name in the credits of Seasons 1 and 2 of the Show and will identify Purchaser as an “Associate Producer.” Purchaser may request a name different from Purchaser’s legal name be displayed. A displayed name that is different from Purchaser’s legal name requires the prior approval of Seller in Seller’s sole discretion. Rejection of a requested display name shall not constitute a material change with respect to Section A.5 and shall not result in a refund. No rights whatsoever with respect to the Show or the Seller shall convey to Purchaser by virtue of being listed as an Associate Producer.
24. Co-Author a children’s book with BRAVE Books. This item affords Purchaser the opportunity to co-author a children’s book with BRAVE Books. This book will take place outside of the Freedom Island Saga and will not include any Freedom Island Saga characters. The purchase of this Item may only be consummated through a co-author agreement. Such agreement will include terms governing the creation and publishing of such book, including but not limited to terms that (1) provide a basic royalty structure of $2.00 for every book sold and (2) grant Seller ultimate approval rights with respect to the book’s title, subject matter, manuscript, and artwork. Contact us for more details and to request a draft copy of the co-author agreement.
25. Executive Producer Credit. Seller will display Purchaser’s name in the credits of Seasons 1 and 2 of the Show and will identify Purchaser as an “Executive Producer.” Purchaser may request a name different from Purchaser’s legal name be displayed. A displayed name that is different from Purchaser’s legal name requires the prior approval of Seller in Seller’s sole discretion. Rejection of a requested display name shall not constitute a material change with respect to Section A.5 and shall not result in a refund. No rights whatsoever with respect to the Show or the Seller shall convey to Purchaser by virtue of being listed as an Executive Producer.
26. In Kind Donation. This item affords Purchaser the opportunity to select a non-profit organization to receive from Seller a donation consisting of books collectively having a total manufacturer’s suggested retail price of at least $25,000. The selected organization must be a registered non-profit organization, have values that align with those promoted by Seller, and have the prior approval of Seller in Seller’s sole discretion. Such donation will be made within sixty (60) days of purchase.
27. Co-Author a children’s book with BRAVE Books in our Freedom Island series. This item affords Purchaser the opportunity to co-author a children’s book with Seller. This book will take place inside the Freedom Island Saga. The purchase of this Item may only be consummated through a co-author agreement. Such agreement will include terms governing the creation and publishing of such book, including but not limited to terms that (1) provide a basic royalty structure of $2.00 for every book sold in a one-time purchase, $0.10 for every book purchased in a subscription, and $0.05 for every book sold in a bundle; and (2) grant Seller ultimate approval rights with respect to the book’s title, subject matter, manuscript, and artwork. C. Miscellaneous
1. None of the Terms herein may be added to, modified, superseded, or otherwise altered except by a written instrument signed by an officer of the Company. Each Item received by Purchaser from Company shall be deemed to be upon the Terms and Conditions herein set forth, except as they may be added to, modified, superseded, or otherwise modified as provided above, notwithstanding Purchaser’s act of accepting or paying for the Items, or similar act of Purchaser.
2. Any typographical or clerical error herein is subject to correction.
3. This document and the invoice described herein shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
4. Company will not be liable for any losses or delays resulting from fire, flood, storm, strikes, pandemic disease, or other circumstances beyond its control, which affect its operations or the operations of its suppliers.
5. No assignment of any right may be made without the written consent of Company. Any attempted assignment, except as provided above or upon such written consent, and any attempted delegation without such written consent, shall be void for all purposes.
6. Each provision of these Term and Conditions is intended to be severable. If any term or provision hereof, or any portion thereof, or the application thereof to any entity or circumstance shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term, provision, or application thereof shall be severed here from and shall not affect the validity of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions or the application of such term or provision to any other entity or circumstance.
